This is a space for people who are ready to slow down, come back to themselves, and remember what it's like to simply BE — without the pressure to perform, achieve, or have it all figured out.
Every Monday at 9am PST, we gather on Zoom for 30 minutes of guided meditation and journaling to help you start your week feeling grounded, calm, clear, and purposeful.
No experience necessary.
Grounded&Rooted was created for the person who has a lot going on, both on the outside and on the inside. The person who is smart, capable, and driven, but who sometimes feels like they're running on empty, gripping too tightly, or moving too fast to actually enjoy the life they've built so far.
This is your weekly invitation to pause. To breathe. To reconnect to what actually matters. To be reminded that you are not alone, and that you matter.
All that's required of you is to show up. We'd love to have you.
