Embodiment Forum – Inspired by practices like Authentic Relating, the ZEGG Forum and embodied expression. A guided experiential space where we explore authentic self-expression and give voice to what is alive within us through words, sound, movement, and embodied presence.
We are seen and witnessed by others with presence and care. We will be practicing the art of mirroring creating an environment that supports self-reflection, deeper awareness, and meaningful connection.
This is not a dance event.

No previous experience is necessary. Come as you are and discover the power of being seen, heard, and received in community.
