“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
Carl Rogers

There is something quietly powerful about being met as you are.
Not performing.
Not trying to be interesting.
Not having to get it right.
Just arriving, noticing, and discovering what becomes possible when we slow down enough to truly meet ourselves and each other.

Authentic Relating Experience is a space to explore deeper connection, self-awareness, honest communication, and embodied presence.

Our workshops blend Authentic Relating, meditation, psychological insight, embodiment, real-time communication, and reflection. Rather than simply talking about connection, we practise it directly through guided exercises, paired conversations, group activities, movement, listening, and shared reflection.

Each session is different, but the intention is always the same: to create a warm, supportive space where people can explore how they relate — to themselves, to others, and to what is happening in the moment.

You may be invited to notice what is happening in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and your patterns of connection. You might explore where you hold back, where you open, how you listen, how you express yourself, and what becomes possible when you meet yourself and others with curiosity instead of judgment.

This group is open to anyone. No previous experience is needed.

Everything is optional, and you are always invited to go at your own pace. Some exercises may feel playful and light, while others may invite more honesty, vulnerability, or self-reflection.

We believe growth often happens at the edge of what feels familiar, but choice and self-responsibility are central to the experience.

We aim to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and human — where you do not need to be anything other than where you genuinely are.

Come as you are. Leave a little more connected.
