What we’re about
Hi & Welcome to your Authentic Relating Experience!
We are back, bigger and better than ever!
Connection is the energy between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued
- Brené Brown
Authentic Relating (AR) is a practice that promotes deeper, more meaningful human connections through honest, vulnerable, and present communication encouraging individuals to express their truth while staying open and curious about others' experiences.
The practice is rooted in self-awareness, empathy, and active listening, often integrating principles from Nonviolent Communication (NVC), emotional intelligence, and mindfulness.
An Authentic Relating Experience (ARE) involves interactive and playful activities designed to help participants connect more deeply with themselves and others.
The goal is to develop awareness of our internal and external experience and to find personal balance between expression and reception.
Our Experiences include:
Connection Games & Exercises
Circling & Guided sharing

Hi and Welcome to a Space for Authentic Connection!
Join us for a powerful and heart-opening journey through Authentic Relating, a practice that brings us into deeper presence, emotional intelligence, and genuine connection.
Our aim is to offer a spaces where we can explore our inner worlds and relate to others with courage, presence and care.
We believe that authentic growth begins when we allow curiosity and lean into what is, with presence and honesty, expanding our emotional capacity, building resilience, and staying grounded in life’s challenges rather than escaping them.
Authentic Relating offers a path to:
- Strengthen your emotional intelligence and deepen your capacity for connection
- Develop a grounded, healthy sense of self through honest, meaningful interactions
- Explore different parts of yourself by engaging with others in real-time authenticity
Our sessions place a special emphasis on genuine sharing, creating an atmosphere where playfulness, depth, and vulnerability naturally arise. This is a space where you can explore your edges, meet others from a place of curiosity, and walk away feeling more connected and aware.
Whether you're brand new to this kind of work or have years of experience, we invite you to bring your whole self. Come as you are, open, uncertain, curious, bold, tender, awkward, ready.
