The theme is “Earth & Cosmos”.
The playlist of songs will take you on an ecstatic journey with some deep earthy rhythms, and then blast us off into an energetic, intergalactic boogie, and finally bring us back down slowly into our gentle human hearts 💚

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey — no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. You don’t need to be a “dancer.” You just need a body and a willingness to listen to it.
We’ll move through a wave inspired by a 5Rhythms-style arc:
🌍 Grounding into slow, earthy beats — feeling our feet, our weight, our breath.
🔥 Building into rhythm and pulse — letting the body find its own groove.
🌌 Expanding into wild, cosmic expression — shaking, spiraling, flying.
💫 Softening into fluid, connected movement — dancing with the space and each other.
❤️ Landing gently into stillness — integrating, resting, returning home.
This is a substance-free space for authentic expression, emotional release, joy, and connection. We dance without shoes. We move without phones. We respect each other’s space and consent.
