Welcome Authentic Relating Warsaw, a project of the Warsaw Institute of Relationality

This is a space for everyone who wants to explore the depth of relationships and communication in an authentic way. If you feel a hunger for deeper connections, want to better understand interpersonal dynamics, or simply seek a place where you can be 100% yourself – you’re in the right place.

🔸 What do we do?
We come together to explore what true presence and connection really mean. We create a space full of questions and experiments rather than ready-made answers. Inspired by Authentic Relating, Circling, Radical Honesty, Getting Real, and NVC, we immerse ourselves in the experience of truly being with others – both verbally and non-verbally.

🔸 What does it look like?
Each meeting is an opportunity to:
✅ Be with yourself and others in a fully present, vulnerable, and conscious way
✅ Explore the edges of authenticity and courage in relationships
✅ Practice communication skills that cannot be trained alone
✅ Build a community based on honesty and mutual support

You don’t need any prior experience or certainty that this is for you. All it takes is curiosity and openness to what might unfold. If something about this calls to you – join us.

Most of the events take place in English, unless specified otherwise in the event title or everyone unanimously chooses to speak Polish.

To przestrzeń dla wszystkich, którzy chcą eksplorować głębię relacji i komunikacji w autentyczny sposób. Jeśli czujesz głód głębszych połączeń, chcesz lepiej rozumieć dynamikę międzyludzką, a może po prostu szukasz miejsca, gdzie możesz być w 100% sobą – dotarłxś.

Spotykamy się, by wspólnie badać, czym jest prawdziwa obecność i kontakt. Tworzymy przestrzeń pełną pytań i eksperymentów, zamiast gotowych odpowiedzi. W duchu Authentic Relating, Circlingu, Radical Honesty, Getting Real oraz praktyk inspirowanych NVC, zanurzamy się w doświadczenie prawdziwego bycia z innymi – werbalnie i niewerbalnie.

🔸 Jak to wygląda?
Każde spotkanie to okazja do:
✅ Bycia ze sobą i innymi w pełni obecnym, wrażliwym, świadomym sposobem
✅ Eksplorowania granic autentyczności i odwagi w relacjach
✅ Ćwiczenia umiejętności komunikacyjnych, których nie da się wytrenować w pojedynkę
✅ Tworzenia wspólnoty opartej na szczerości i wzajemnym wsparciu

Nie musisz mieć doświadczenia ani pewności, czy to dla Ciebie. Wystarczy ciekawość i otwartość na to, co może się wydarzyć. Jeśli czujesz, że Cię to woła – dołącz do nas, przyjdź dokładnie tak jak jesteś teraz.

Spotkajmy się w przestrzeni, w której liczy się prawda, głód głębszego kontaktu i odwaga, by być sobą.

Spotkania odbywają się po Angielsku chyba, że wszyscy uczestnicy są chętni na spotkanie po Polsku albo w tytule wydarzenia jest powiedziane, że spotkanie będzie po Polsku.
