Many of us face life's challenges—grief, major transitions, stress, relationship struggles—without close friends or family nearby. We often hesitate to reach out because we assume others are too busy with their own problems, or we wait for the "right moment" in casual conversation to mention what we're going through.
So we end up carrying our emotions alone, trying to handle everything internally. But our bodies don't forget. The unexpressed grief becomes chronic fatigue, the unspoken stress settles as persistent back pain, and the isolation manifests as digestive issues. What starts as an emotional burden becomes physical pain that we treat with countless treatments—often without lasting relief. And often, these physical symptoms aren't just from our current struggles. That chronic pain in your shoulders, those recurring headaches, the mysterious aches
that doctors can't explain—they often carry deeper stories. Just as we inherit eye color and facial features from our ancestors, we also inherit their unresolved traumas and survival patterns. Your grandmother's unexpressed grief, your father's work stress, your family's struggles with relationships—these emotional patterns live in our cells and show up as physical symptoms in our bodies.
This creates a cycle: we inherit our family's emotional burdens, add our own unexpressed feelings to the mix, and risk passing it all on to the next generation. The pain we carry isn't just ours—it's a family story written in our bodies. When we become conscious of and understand, accept, and integrate this connection, we can finally release these patterns—both for ourselves and for the generations that follow.

##What We Offer
We will have presentations to explain the method, small group workshops for practical implementation, meetings to discuss personal development, and regular meetings to connect and share our experiences in a safe and supportive environment. The idea is to keep the workshop and meeting groups small with 8-10
persons in an indoor space.
##About Your Facilitator
I'm Miria, a certified practitioner trained in the Whole Body Energy Method founded by Iyane Sidibé. The method helps to decode the different messages given by the body to understand the origins of repetitive patterns, retained emotions, and physical pain.
