Have you ever looked around and realised that you're constantly showing up for everyone else, but rarely make time to check in with yourself?
Authentic Studio is a community for people who are looking for something more than networking events or small talk.
It's a space to slow down, reflect, connect and meet other women through thoughtfully designed workshops, sharing circles and experiences.
Every day we move between different roles. We are professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, partners, daughters, mothers, sisters and friends. We spend so much of our time responding to what life asks of us that it's easy to lose sight of what we need ourselves.
This community was created as a gentle reminder to pause.
Together, we'll explore topics like personal growth, emotional wellbeing, relationships, career, identity and the expectations we carry.
Some events will be reflective. Others creative. Some will simply be an opportunity to meet incredible peers and professionals in Berlin and have conversations that leave you feeling inspired rather than drained.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't need to be "good" at sharing.
You simply need to come as you are.
