This playshop is designed to gently and masterfully guide you into a land of empowered connection using the principles of Authentic Relating (AR) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Map the world of judgements so that you can navigate it with ease and grace. Once your journey is complete, you’ll have the tools you need to find the heart behind any hard to hear message.
