In this session we will look at & listen to our ¨inner voice¨. The chatter in my head (sometimes known as Mind Talk) that often gets in the way of being creative, connecting and authentic..

There is no obligation to share personal experiences, we talk on general level but everyone's experiences are welcome and respected.
