Join us for a 5-week workshop designed to teach the fundamentals of Authentic Relating (AR). Facilitated by Crystal Lyons, MSW, this small-group workshop offers a safe and supportive space to develop the skills to create deeper, more meaningful connections in all areas of your life. Whether you’re new to Authentic Relating or seeking to refine your abilities, this journey will help you grow in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational skill.

DATES: Oct. 23-Nov. 20th, Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 4:45 PM
LOCATION: 5445 Rue de Gaspé at Studio 609A

GROUP SIZE: Maximum of 12 participants, to ensure an intimate and personalized experience
COST: Sliding scale of $100-$180 for the entire 5-week workshop, paid in advance to reserve your spot
