**What is Authentic Relating?**

Authentic relating is a practice that fosters genuine, open-hearted communication and connection between people from all walks of life. Through a variety of games and activities, we practice self-awareness, active listening and empathy to cultivate deeper and more meaningful relationships with others and with ourselves. These events can be playful or deep. They may draw from theory and principles of modern psychology, mindfulness, non-violent communication and embodiment practices. Connection games and other workshops can offer a safe space for participants to explore their mind-body connection and discover the keys to self-empowerment.

Theme: DANCE:
In this session, we will be combining dance with relational practices. You don't need to be a good dancer for this ;)
