THEME: Men Connecting Deeper, Authentic Relating and Meditation

WHEN: Saturday, May 4th

LOCATION: Moksha Yoga + Spa.

Jacksonville, Florida 32246

TIME: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
1:10pm : Doors open - Drop in, Connect, Share that sometimes awkward social time, get settled
1:30pm: Start! Doors will be locked at 1:35pm. Please text if close, but running just a couple minutes late.
3:30pm: Gathering finished.

COST: $ 5 - $10 dollar

YOU'RE INVITED to a powerful gathering of like-minded and hearted men in a safe sacred space. We will incorporate interactive exercises, authentic relating games, guided meditation and mindful practices to explore new ways of seeing, connecting and appreciating each other and ourselves on a deeper and more rewarding level.

*Please Note - even though this is held at a Yoga Studio, we won't be doing formal yoga.

Casual comfortable street clothes attire. We may move around the room, light stretch. But not exercise/yoga.

Evening may include:

• Having some of the best feelings of connection all week
• Expanded perspectives to get unstuck
• Tapping into your own inner guiding system, voice and grounded-ness
• Being heard and seen in new ways
• Tools to release anxiety/stressors and cultivate healing
