Men Connecting Deeper: Authentic Relating & Meditation Gathering

YOU'RE INVITED to a powerful gathering of like-minded and hearted men in a safe sacred space. We will incorporate guided meditations, mindful practices, authentic relating games (exercises to bring more self awareness, sharing what's alive in the moment, have deeper conversations ) and explore new ways of seeing, connecting and appreciating each other and ourselves on a more rewarding level.

WHEN: Saturday, July 20th @ 4:00pm

LOCATION: Moksha Yoga + Spa.

TIME: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
3:40pm : Doors open - Drop in, Connect, Share that sometimes awkward social time, get settled
4:00pm: Start! Doors will be locked at 4:05pm. Please text or DM if close, but running just a couple minutes late.
6:00pm: Gathering finished.

COST: $ 5 - $10 dollar

*Please Note - even though this is held at a Yoga Studio, we won't be doing formal yoga *

Casual comfortable street clothes attire. We may move around the room, light stretch. But not exercise/yoga.

You are fully supported to choose your own level of involvement at all times. Simple tools and guidance are given to help you honor yourself, others and communicate easily.

If you're feeling called to attend yet nervous about it for any reason, that's totally normal. Meeting new people, what's this about, social anxiety, feeling awkward - these parts are all welcome. You're not alone feeling this. We may explore these sensations, as well.
