Through Authentic Relating Games, guided meditations, mindful practices, and more we’ll create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

No need to perform, no need to have it all figured out—just an opportunity to be heard, seen, and supported as we cultivate deeper connection with ourselves and each other.

If you’re feeling called to attend but nervous, that’s totally normal. Meeting new people, stepping into something unfamiliar—it can feel like a leap. Know you’ll be stepping into a space designed to meet you exactly where you are and as you are.

You are fully supported to choose your own level of involvement at all times. Simple tools and guidance are given each step of the way to help you honor yourself, others and communicate easily.

📅 WHEN: Saturday, March 8th @ 12:00pm - 2pm

📍 LOCATION: Emerald Tea House

⏳ TIME:

11:40am: Doors open - Drop in, connect, share that sometimes awkward social time, get settled
12:05pm: Start! Doors will be locked at 12:05pm. Please text or DM if close but running just a couple minutes late.
2:00pm: Gathering finished.

💰 COST: $10 - $20 sliding scale
Cash / Money apps at event

👕 Attire: Casual, comfortable street clothes. We may move around the room, light movements.

What are Authentic Relating Games?
Authentic Relating Games are interactive exercises designed to cultivate deep presence, connection, and self-awareness. Whether through paired sharing, group dialogue, or movement-based practices, these games invite us to notice our inner experience, express truthfully, and listen deeply—creating a space where we can connect more meaningfully with ourselves and each other.
