What we’re about

## 🌿Welcome to Autism on the Go

A warm, reflective space for NeuroDivergent adults to connect, learn, and feel understood.

This group is for anyone who wants to explore the inner world of neurodivergence — the emotions, patterns, challenges, strengths, and meaning-making processes that shape our lived experience.

We meet every Thursday at 6 PM (EST) on Zoom for thoughtful, gentle, and authentic conversations.
Each week we explore themes such as:

  • Accompaniment — the art of being with
  • Human connection & emotional safety
  • Schemas & inner patterns
  • Reflection, resonance, and attunement
  • Autistic communication styles
  • Boundaries, pacing, overwhelm, and recovery
  • Belonging vs fitting in and What is Shame?
  • Inner worlds, identity, and meaning

Our conversations are meant to be warm, respectful, and built around presence — not pressure.

You’re welcome to speak, listen quietly, reflect, or simply be.
There is zero expectation to perform or mask.

Whether you are newly exploring your neurodivergence or have known for years, this is a place to feel less alone and more understood.
