What we’ll do (tonight):
We’ll explore how schemas (deep frameworks), cognitive distortions (automatic thought habits), and reactive/triggered patterns (fast emotional loops) shape our choices—and how mindfulness helps us notice, pause, and choose a wiser response in the present.

Why it matters:
Unseen patterns drive reactivity, stress, and disconnection. Seen patterns become options.

Flow (60 min):

  1. Welcome & quick check-in
