This is a space by and for Neurodivergent & Autistic adults — whether you’ve long identified as autistic, are exploring your identity, or simply want a safe place to share.

We welcome everyone regardless of ability or experience. Our goal is a circle of open, honest conversation about life, challenges, insights, and growth — especially around the barriers that block connection and what we can do about them.

Tonight’s focus:
✨ What often gets in the way of connecting meaningfully.
✨ Recognizing activation, emotional overwhelm, and social fatigue.
✨ Naming and softening those barriers — from both neurotypical and neurodivergent perspectives.
