## 🌿What Is YOUR Attachment Style?

Attachment styles shape the way we connect, protect ourselves, move toward closeness, or take distance. For many autistic and neurodivergent adults, these patterns can feel especially complex — influenced by years of misattunement, overwhelm, or not being understood.

This week, we’ll explore three powerful questions:

### 💫1. What is YOUR attachment style?

Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, or Disorganized — and how each one shows up inside the nervous system.

### 💫2. What are attachment insecurities?

The patterns that make closeness feel overwhelming, confusing, or unsafe — and how they try to protect us.

### 💫3. What is an Earned Secure Attachment?

The hopeful path: how adults can become more secure over time through reflection, awareness, and emotionally safe relationships — even if early life didn’t offer that foundation.

This will be a gentle, thoughtful, and grounding conversation.
You’re welcome to participate, listen quietly, or simply be present — all ways of joining are welcome here.

I look forward to being with you.
Warmly,
Scott
