### Counterproductive Overthinking — Part II

and
What Are the Contents of Your Mind?

This gathering continues our exploration of counterproductive overthinking — not as a personal flaw, but as a common mental pattern that can quietly erode clarity, energy, and connection when left unexamined.

Rather than focusing on what we think, this session emphasizes how we relate to the contents of the mind:

  • When does thinking serve us — and when does it become self-reinforcing noise?
  • How do mental loops form and intensify under stress or uncertainty?
  • What does it feel like to notice thinking without immediately judging or identifying with it?

This is a network conversation, not a lecture or therapy group.
Participation is always optional — listening is full participation.

We’ll prioritize:

  • Shared inquiry over personal monologues
  • Lived experience over opinion or ideology
  • Awareness and attunement over debate or persuasion
