Being autistic and/or adhd can be a lonely place. For many of us we feel too neurotypical for “disability” groups but too neurodivergent for standard social groups. This is a group for autistic/adhd Adults who are employed and who want to find a low demand, social group where there is no pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Turn up and leave when you want, no judgement. Bring a board game, talk about your favourite things, and where possible we will be at dog friendly venues to bring your well mannered furry friend.
