This is a free virtual event for autistic peers to gather, share lived experiences of autistic burnout, and receive peer support. Whether you are personally impacted by autistic burnout or would like more information and clarity about the term, you are welcome to join us.

This group will be co-facilitated by neurodivergent therapists Sage Barrett (autistic, she/her/he/him) and Ari Neubauer (ADD-inattentive, he/him).

For those living in California, a low-cost ongoing therapy group for autistic burnout coping skills is forming, and this event is a good way to learn more about that therapy group, what it might be like, and help determine if you are interested. If you live in California and would like to schedule a free consultation to learn more about the group, please send me a message here on Meetup, or complete a brief form by clicking here, and I will follow-up with you.

Ari Neubauer is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (#148387) who has 10+ years experience facilitating the Autistic Adults Peer Support Group. Sage Barrett is an Associate Social Worker (ASW#124762) who has clinical experience supporting autistic folks living with and recovering from autistic burnout. Both are supervised by Lisette Lahana, LCSW#23663.
