What To Expect & Important Event Info - Summer Picnic Social :

🟥 This is a relaxed outdoor event with no upper RSVP limit, designed to enjoy food, nature, and easygoing conversation in a calm social setting.
🟨 Please bring your picnic food and drink. There’s no formal meal plan, but sharing is welcome if you're comfortable.
🟩 We’ll provide a few things on the day : conversation cards, water, some classic board games, and a basic first aid.
🟦 You’re encouraged to bring your own picnic blanket, sun hat, folding chair, parasol, rubbish bag, snacks, games, anything that makes you feel cosy and at ease!
🟪 Please be mindful not to bring fragile or valuable glassware or cutlery, as we can’t take responsibility for damage.
☀️ In the unlikely event of rain or extreme heat, we’ll move to a backup venue. The details will be shared in advance if needed.

🎂 What Happens During the Monthly Birthday Circle?
• We pause midway through the event to celebrate members with birthdays occuring that month!
• We bring out a cake, sing Happy Birthday, and birthday attendees can blow out candles together
• Cake is shared with birthday guests, with an optional group photo
