A relaxed Sunday gathering to unwind and connect with like minded people.
Take a quiet Sunday afternoon to simply exist in community. This gathering is a low pressure, low demand social space for autistic adults who want connection without the noise, cost or structure of a big outing.
We will be meeting at the Autistic Resource Centre, where you are welcome to chat at your own pace or sit quietly and just be around others and join conversations or take breaks whenever you need.
There is no set activity and no expectations. It is simply a calm, sensory friendly space to unwind, connect and feel understood.
You are welcome to bring snacks or drinks if you would like, and tea and coffee will be available. Come as you are, stay for as long as feels comfortable, and enjoy a quiet Sunday with community.
