Testing Layers in Software Development

Building and shipping software can be risky. Everything from verifying the business requirements still work to checking for performance impacts all take time and erode confidence when done manually. In this talk, we will cover many philosophies, strategies, and tools you can use to ship software quickly and with confidence. Brandon is an experienced engineer and leader with over 20 years of industry experience. Past experience includes work on cryptographic and network security for the Air Force, a founding engineer at Dwolla, big data processing for John Deere, enterprise architect for a large Midwest retailer, and years of consulting ranging across many industries and domains.
