What is it about?

While production security is gaining increasing importance in the automotive sector, OT Security is also emerging as an intriguing solution. Although UN Regulation No. 155 and ISO/SAE 21434:2021 emphasize the significance of addressing cybersecurity risks during production and implementing mitigation measures, clear guidance is lacking. In fact, ISO/SAE 21434:2021, requires the creation of Production Control Plan Work Product.

To kick off the evening, we will begin by reviewing the sections pertaining to security production, as outlined in both ISO/SAE 21434:2021 and UN Regulation No. You will also learn about the requirements and structure of the Production Control Plan.

Next, you will step into the shoes of attackers as we delve into the various factors that render production lines appealing targets for attacks.

To wrap up the topic, you will gain an understanding of the threats that must be mitigated to prevent issues across physical, local, adjacent, and network proximity levels. Naturally, we will also demonstrate potential interactions within the realm of OT Security.

As always, our goal is to foster an informative and friendly environment where everyone is encouraged to participate, learn, and share their experiences. Keep in mind that the journey to mastering cybersecurity begins with comprehending the threats we encounter.

🍺 Don't miss a night of learning, networking, and fun with free beer & snacks provided at the event.
