The OBD socket is a well-established feature of modern vehicles, providing centralised access to all vehicle ECUs for diagnostic reporting. However, this also makes it vulnerable as a cybersceurity attack vector. Fred will discuss the research he undertook to establish the vulnerabilty of current production vehicles to OBD attacks.
