What we’re about
We are a group of people from around Melbourne who are interested in building autonomous vehicles. Specifically our initial goal is to build 1/16 scale self-driving cars that are capable of racing autonomously around a track. Although all types of autonomous vehicle builders are welcome to join in.
This group comes from a diverse background representing interests in engineering, programming, computer vision, AI, machine learning and robotics. However, a key aim is to help newcomers of all ages get into these emerging technologies and just have some fun.
If you're interested in building a self driving vehicle and taking it to a track to test it out, then this is where you want to be. We'll conduct build workshops at HackerSpaces / MakerSpaces around Melbourne and regional Victoria ... and then hold regular track days as we get underway.
