Inner Glow Yoga for Kids

All levels ages 5-9. Build strength, stability and confidence with yoga games, movement and music. Mats provided or bring your own. Suggested donation $10 cash or check to: Soquel Elementary Home & School Club. Teaching for 9 years at Soquel Elementary School, Kristen McLaughlin is RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, and YA-40 certified kids yoga teacher. Stay for post-class cookies & snack.
