AI is now part of how many of us write software, but there's still a lot to figure out. At Avanza, we use it in our daily engineering work and in systems that more than two million customers rely on. Some of it has worked well and some of it hasn't, and we'd like to talk to you about it.

The software development lifecycle is undergoing its biggest paradigm shift in a decade. How does a modern tech bank adapt? In this talk, we’ll share how Avanza Bank is paving the way for AI agents inside our engineering organization. We’ll cover our immediate roadmap, our long-term vision for autonomous developer tooling, and how the Expansion and AI Platform teams are orchestrating this transition without sacrificing safety or speed.
