Kick your October off in fellowship with us and A Black Ass Book Club on Thursday, the first of the mooooonth at Red Emma’s Free School for an open discussion on ego and pride. Feel free to bring books, urls, magazines, excerpts, paraphernalia, photos, etc. to reference and share with the group. We plan to define and unpack “ego,” “pride,” and “Black pride,” offering attendees the opportunity to “show and tell” and vulnerably share their thoughts and experiences without interruption. 21+.
