Just an FYI. I just built a Stratus like ADDS-B in (called Stratux) for 146.15. This is the same as the Stratus 2 that sells for $900.00. It doesn't look as nice but it works; both traffic and weather. I used the step by step instructions from the following site:­ and built it in about 10 minutes. I'm using it with Foreflight. It connects with no configuring needed. From my house (8 mi. north of DVT) i saw traffic; mostly jet traffic and planes from Transpac.
