Leadership on Tap

Join us for this month's Leadership on Tap, an AVL Digital Nomads collaboration lab.

Whether you are leading a team in a larger organization, leading your own venture, or just beginning to step into leadership, you will be warmly welcomed.

In the midst of rapid change and large-scale disruption, leaders are being challenged more than ever to bring their A-game. And yet, in many ways, we are in uncharted territory. How do we navigate things like:

• managing geographically dispersed teams in remote or hybrid environments?
• understanding and integrating AI?
• cultivating greater connection and engagement to each other and our work?
• dealing with unprecedented levels of isolation, burnout and disillusionment ~ within our teams and ourselves?
• and...?

We will spend the first 30 minutes mingling and enjoying beverages. Then we will gather in roundtable breakout groups around your choice of topics ~ sharing your wisdom and receiving inspiration & ideas from other leaders during this dynamic event.
