Whether you are leading a team in a larger organization, leading your own venture, or just beginning to step into leadership, you will be warmly welcomed.

In the midst of rapid change and large-scale disruption, leaders are being challenged more than ever to bring their A-game. And yet, in many ways, we are in uncharted territory. How do we navigate things like:

• managing geographically dispersed teams in remote or hybrid environments?
• understanding and integrating AI?
• cultivating greater connection and engagement to each other and our work?
• dealing with unprecedented levels of isolation, burnout and disillusionment ~ within our teams and ourselves?
• and...?

We will spend the first 30 minutes mingling and enjoying beverages.

This month, Holly McCann will provide a brief presentation on The Heroic Journey of a Leader. Then we will gather in roundtable breakout groups to discuss how this information can be practically applied in your career and your life.

Mojo Coworking has generously offered to host our monthly gatherings. Hi-Wire Brewing and Devil's Foot Beverage Company have kindly provided the libations at a discounted rate.

As part of Go Local Asheville month, we're inviting local businesses to join our event. This is a great opportunity for AVLs remote workforce to connect and collaborate with the local economy.
