Hunger hides in plain sight in Asheville and surrounding communities. Many of our neighbors are struggling in silence...empty bellies, impossible choices.

Join AVL Digital Nomads in taking action! We will be volunteering at Manna Food Bank to sort donations, bag bulk items, date check perishable food items, etc

Together we can create a caring Asheville where not of our neighbors goes without a meal.

• MANNA is located at 99 Broadpointe Drive, Mills River, NC. Our doors will open 10 minutes before the volunteer shift begins. Please arrive a few minutes early.

• Dress code: We're a functioning warehouse, so all volunteers are required to wear closed-toe shoes. Anyone not wearing closed-toe shoes will not be able to participate. We also recommend they wear clothes they don't mind getting a little dirty.
