**Linda Ruhland is an experienced business strategist, author, and speaker.**

**Ruhland is the founder of *Positively Asheville*, a peer-to-peer leadership forum, and *Success Authorities*, an advisory firm for improving business and leadership success. She is also an accomplished author and speaker.**

**She has authored two books: *Conversations for Clarity: Critical Questions Leaders Must Ask Themselves*, and *Amazing Workplace: Creating the Conditions that Inspire Success.***

**In 2009, she was invited to speak about her research on managing creative organizations at the *Conference on the Creative Economy and Beyond* in Helsinki.  It is one of the life-changing experiences she shares with business audiences today, helping them define and develop their pathways to success.**

**Ruhland grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Both her mother and father were successful business owners. The family frequently engaged in business conversation around the kitchen table. Her early experience with entrepreneurial leaders had inspired an admiration for their passion and perseverance. She has since channeled her love for the art of leadership into a vision that, with the right people, processes, and systems, business leaders everywhere may experience scalable, sustainable success.**
