The Music
No stranger to Asheville, Caleb Caudle & the Sweet Critters will be featured at Chatt Hills' 4th "Sundays by the River" concert series for 2026. Rooted in the North Carolina foothills and refined on stages across the world, Nashville-based Caleb Caudle delivers the kind of music that stays with you — soulful, honest, and impossible to put in a box. His sound weaves country tradition and indie spirit into something that feels both timeless and alive, drawing praise from the New York Times, Rolling Stone, and NPR, and earning him a spot on the hallowed stage of the Grand Ole Opry. Caudle's music is featured on Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country Artists You Need To Know” and “The 10 Best Country and Americana Songs To Hear Now” along with NPR’s “Songs We Love”. Whether you know him from Merlefest, Stagecoach, Kerrville or Sirius XM’s Outlaw Country, seeing Caudle live is a reminder of why music matters — raw storytelling, real emotion, and a voice that cuts straight through. Caudle's latest album, the 10-track "Heavy Thrill," is set for release on June 5. Come hear Caleb and the band for a riverside treat!
