Hey Nomads! We hope everyone is absolutely crushing it socially, professionally, and personally this summer season.
Let's be completely honest for a moment. Do any of you feel like you are asking and answering the exact same autopilot questions every single time you go out to meet new people? We feel the same way. Traditional, rigid business networking is exhausted, and we want to build actual community.
So for this social, we have a challenge for you. For one night only, your task will be to ask any question you want, except for the three listed below.
The Forbidden Questions
- What do you do?
- Where are you from?
- How long have you lived in Asheville?
The Stakes: Just for fun, if anyone is caught asking one of these questions (or a sneaky variation), the person who asked it has to buy a drink for the one who called them out!
Will you accept the challenge? Let's see how creative we can get when we push past the usual scripts.
The Details
We look forward to another great night with you, this time at Sweeten Creek Brewing. Bring some of your friends or bring your dog or both!
When you arrive, look for our ADN Signage and a group of fun, welcoming faces. Fill out a name tag to help ease introductions, and start mingling and connecting.
Parking and Dogs
There is parking on Site in front of the brewery and beyond. If those lots are full, you may park anywhere on the hill to the left of the brewery. The folks at Sweeten Creek Brewery also have a deal with the company that owns the lot across sweeten creek from the brewery where you may also park, just be careful crossing the busy street.
This brewery also has a wonderful dog park on site with water bowls and water available. So bring your furry friends along for a fun evening of connecting with great people.
