Join local coach and consultant Kai Northcott (8 Seasons Consulting) for a hands-on experience that goes beyond productivity hacks and motivational advice.
### Here's what makes this workshop different:
You'll learn a simple, repeatable process for getting started on difficult tasks—and then you'll actually use it.
During the first hour, Kai will guide us through:
- Why we get stuck
- What our brains are doing when we avoid important work
- A practical framework for creating momentum
- Tools for finding motivation without relying on willpower
You'll receive a simple visual guide that you can take home and keep at your desk for those inevitable "Why can't I just do this?" moments.

### Then we'll put it into practice.
Instead of ending with more information, we'll spend the next 90 minutes working on the very tasks we've been avoiding.

### Finally, we'll regroup.
For the last 30 min, we'll share what worked, what didn't, and how to make it even easier the next time you're feeling stuck.
