What we’re about

Avoidance is Suicide isn’t just a phrase — it’s a truth most of us feel but rarely say out loud. In this community, we come together to confront the hard truths we often avoid: old wounds, patterns of self-sabotage, trauma, fear, and the ways we keep ourselves small.

This is a space for anyone ready to stop numbing out, stop running, and start living with radical self-honesty, compassion, and courage.

Whether you’re healing from past pain, navigating major life changes, or simply tired of pretending you’re “fine,” you belong here.

Our gatherings blend open conversation, reflection exercises, community support, and actionable tools for healing and transformation.

This group is NOT about toxic positivity or quick fixes.
It’s about facing the shadows — together — and finding real freedom on the other side.

Come as you are. Especially if you think you shouldn’t.

Group Purpose:
• To create a brave and supportive space for healing emotional avoidance
• To build a community around authenticity, courage, and conscious self-development
• To offer live support and reflection exercises for moving through fear and shame
• To empower members to reclaim their power by facing what they have been running from

Group Guidelines:

  1. Confidentiality is Sacred
What is shared in this group stays in this group.

  2. Come As You Are
You don’t have to be “healed” or “together” to show up.

  3. Listen to Understand, Not to Fix
Avoid giving unsolicited advice unless someone asks.

  4. No Judgment, No Shaming
Everyone’s journey is different — respect all paths.

  5. Honor Your Own Boundaries
Share only what feels safe and right for you.

  6. Respect the Group Space
Be mindful of time, presence, and others’ emotions.

  7. This is Not Therapy
We are here to support each other, not replace professional mental health care.

  8. Courage is Contagious
Your bravery lights the way for others.
