Get more done—together. This is a weekly, camera-optional online co-working session (“body doubling”) designed for women with ADHD traits, ADHD diagnosis, or anyone who benefits from gentle structure and shared accountability—especially across different phases of the menstrual cycle.

We’ll meet on a live stream, set simple intentions, work in focused sprints, and check in briefly. No pressure to be productive in a specific way—some days you’ll sprint, other days you’ll pace. Both count.

What to expect:

  • A warm welcome + quick “What I’m doing today” intention setting
  • Quiet co-working time (with optional timed focus blocks)
  • Light check-ins to reset, refocus, or adjust goals

Good for:

  • Deep work, writing, studying, planning, inbox cleanup, life tasks, creative work
  • “I can’t start” days, “I can’t finish” days, and everything in between
