Perfect for new and experienced yoga bodies, this class builds foundational yoga understanding and is a great base for building your practice. Our Vinyasa yoga class is slow and specific so students may focus on their breath while flowing with their movements through poses. We ground our yoga classes in exercise science, making class safe, effective, and inspiring while staying true to the roots of the practice. BYOM (bring your own mat) and any props you may need (blocks, strap, blanket). Barefoot or grip socks preferred. Breathe, flow, let go. Lets do yoga.
