Our group is for connection, collaboration and exploration of consciousness. Our events will revolve around conscious conversation, enjoyment of nature, exploration of ideas, personal growth and development, conscious parenting, spiritual awakening, ritual, conscious evolution, evolutionary leadership, and even conscious business. All serious Evolutionaries are welcome! We're looking forward to being Awake and Inspired together in Santa Fe.

Whatever your writing project is...your book, your website, your class assignment, your memoir, poetry, non-fiction...

...and especially if you are prone to procrastinate over your writing project or if you tremble at the blank page.

Let's get together on zoom, quickly go over our intentions, and get busy writing. If we want we can reserve some time for sharing at the end, but no pressure. This is a time for YOU to work on YOUR project, with the silent, subtle assistance of this accountability group.

We will meet at 9:30 mountain time on zoom. We'll spend 5 - 10 minutes sharing about our writing projects. Then, we'll turn off the cameras and mics and spend about an hour writing. After that, we'll come back on camera and celebrate our productivity and success.

Don't let another week go by without spending time on your writing project. Leverage the power of shared intention and watch the magic happen.

Chakra Balancing

Treat yourself to this essential energy practice. This is my go-to exercise for when I feel scattered, overwhelmed, lethargic, or otherwise out of balance.

You don’t need to know anything about chakras, though if you do, you’ll appreciate how the imagery in the chakra balancing routine works. You don’t even need to believe in chakras; you’ll receive the benefits all the same.

You just need to show up and be willing to relax and listen to a guided meditation for about 20 minutes. Your short commitment will leave you feeling calmer and more in charge of your life. You’ll be able to release any built-up stress or static and free your mind/body to engage more healthfully and authentically with life.

The benefits of relaxation and stress management are well documented. And Dr. Michael Rossman, in his book, Guided Imagery for Self-Healing, says that guided imagery is so effective for healing that if it were a drug, physicians would be losing their licenses for NOT using it.

Gratitude Circle

Practicing gratitude is the most potent way known to raise our individual and collective vibrations. Gratitude aligns the heart and mind, stabilizes the energy field, and facilitates healing in the body.

In our Gratitude Circle, each person will have a turn to list all the things for which they feel appreciation and gratitude. We can include the small things and the huge ones too.

If you haven't participated in an event like this before, you'll be amazed at how uplifting it is to witness others' appreciation and to express our own. As we listen and share, we'll feel our bodies relax, and our moods elevate.

Please show up on time for this event so we know how to allocate our time together. You'll probably have at least 5 minutes to express your gratitude without interruption, cross-talk, or judgment of any kind.
