You can choose your ideal spiritual practice when you understand how sacred movements influence the nervous system and impact you and your life.

You’ll experience sacred gestures in action as you follow along with Lavinia’s guided Hand-to-Heart practice — to cultivate a personal connection to your heart center and communicate with others through the gestures and intelligence of your hands.
