The Chase and the Choice

We all feel “chased” sometimes—by stress, expectations, old habits, or even by our own dreams. But what if awareness could flip the script?

In this first Awake & Aware session, we’ll explore the theme “The Chase and the Choice.” Together, we’ll use writing, discussion, and dreamwork practices to see how we can stop running and start choosing.

What we’ll do:

• Start with a short guided writing exercise
• Share and discuss how “the chase” shows up in our lives and dreams
• Explore lucid dreaming as a metaphor for choice and awareness
• Try a creative exercise: rewriting our chase into something transformative
• Leave with one small action to carry into the week
