The purpose of this group is to have open, safe, and authentic communication about life.

How are we not Loving ourselves?
How DO we love ourselves?

Where do we feel bewilderment?
How can we support one another?
What are techniques to feel better about life?
How can we Love ourselves more?

All of these and specific techniques are discussed and shared.
Examples:
What is codependency and how is it showing up in my life?
How am I not setting boundaries and what would it look like if I did?
Are angry narcissistic people controlling me?
