During this month's weekly meetings, we’ll be diving into another important topic: Codependency. Are you codependent? How would you know? How does codependency make you the ideal target for narcissistic abuse?

We'll break it down into four stages over as many weeks, each with key takeaways:

  1. Understanding Codependency & Reclaiming the Self
    Participants will learn the foundational definition of codependency, how it forms, and how it shows up in relationships; healing modalities will include psychoeducation, guided self-reflection journaling, and somatic grounding exercises to begin reconnecting with the authentic self.
    2) Boundaries as Self-Love
    This session explores how setting and maintaining boundaries supports self-worth and emotional regulation; modalities include role-playing boundary-setting scenarios, parts work (e.g., IFS), and group discussion on internal resistance to asserting needs.
    3) From People-Pleasing to Personal Power
    Group members will identify their own people-pleasing patterns and explore the roots of low self-esteem; healing tools will include inner child work, guided visualization, and expressive arts to honor and reclaim suppressed desires and needs.
    4) Embodying Change and Building Interdependent Relationships
    The final session focuses on integrating insights and practicing healthier relational dynamics; modalities will include a compassion-focused meditation, paired partner dialogues, and creation of personal action plans for ongoing self-advocacy and relational balance.
