# The AWAKE Men’s Group is a place to be with men who believe in you, care about you, inspire you, and speak the truth to you

We talk in ways that men often can't with their spouses and partners, even their friends.

It’s a space of authenticity, safety, and connection and is open to men from all professions, backgrounds, and beliefs.

This special meeting is for men like you who are interested in becoming part of our regular group.

What to expect:

You'll get a chance to introduce yourself, and be able to meet the other men. Then there will be a discussion prompt that allows us to explore a particular topic that's important to living a full and connected life as a man today.

Towards the end of the meeting, every man has the opportunity to set a specific goal (or more than one) for the upcoming week. Men set goals around fitness, money, diet, parenting, relationships... any area in their life they want to experience change.

At this meeting you'll get a sense of the community and support that's available to you, if the group is a fit for you.

Every man who attends leaves our calls feeling heard, seen, lighter, more deeply connected to themselves and others.
