For many people with ADHD, it can be challenging to know what’s most important, what can wait, how long something is going to take, and how to find the motivation to begin. Starting a task often requires energy and interest, while finishing it takes perseverance and follow-through. Chunking larger, more difficult tasks into smaller steps can help. In this workshop, I am going to give you a simple tool I created to help you with all of this!
