Women's ADHD Sharing Circle
Details
Welcome to our ADHD Women’s Sharing Circle—a free, safe, judgment-free space for women with ADHD to step out of their heads, drop the mask, and connect from the heart.
Cameras are required throughout the event, and the meeting will be locked 3 minutes after it begins. This event is for women only. Thank you for understanding! The reasons for these guidelines are explained below.
In this circle, we clear away the daily noise so you can simply show up exactly as you are. Whether you are celebrating a recent personal win, navigating a major life challenge, or just feeling completely stuck and exhausted, your voice belongs here.
What to Expect:
- Come as Your Authentic Self: No curating your thoughts, no masking your symptoms, and no pressure to say the "perfect" thing.
- A Safe Space to Unload: Share what's coming up for you—your frustrations, roadblocks, or successes—and finally feel genuinely heard by women who speak your language.
- Connection Over Perfection: We embrace the beautifully complex reality of ADHD. We are here to meet you exactly where you're at.
- Shared Power & Support: Experience the relief of realizing that your struggles aren't a personal failure, but rather a reflection of your unique brain wiring.
Our Guidelines explained:
These guidelines help us create a safe, welcoming space where women can feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their experiences, and connecting with one another. Keeping cameras on helps build trust and connection, while starting together without late arrivals helps everyone understand our shared expectations and participate without interruptions. Thank you for helping create a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported.
I understand that being on camera may not feel comfortable for everyone, and I completely respect that. If it doesn’t feel right for you, I understand, and I hope you’ll join us for another event that feels like a better fit.
